* An SMS-message is charged as:
- message using Roman alphabet : 160 symbols;
- message using Cyrillic alphabet: 67 symbols;
If you exceed the specified limits the message will automatically be split up into parts. In this case you are charged for all parts of the message.
** The rate plan may be changed free of charge no more than twice a month. The subsequent charge for switching rate plan is 25 rubles for one rate plan change. When switching to the “Whole World” rate plan you must have at least 150 rubles on your account. When switching to the “Whole Russia” rate plan you must have at least 100 rubles on your account.
